Lambert’s offers four (4) medical plan options, including (2) HDHP, that are HSA eligible with Blue Cross Blue Shield to all full-time and part-time employees which offer a broad array of services, including hospital and physician services, prescription drugs and preventive benefits. Coverage is available to you and your eligible dependents, including your children, your spouse and his or her children.
There are two (2) PPO dental insurance options through Delta Dental available to full-time and part- time employees and their dependents. The High Option plan covers most dental treatments along with diagnostics and preventive care, as well as orthodontia for eligible dependent children.
Group Vision Plan
Our PPO plan through EyeMed Vision provides coverage for full and part-time employees and their eligible dependents for eye exams and substantial discounts for services and materials. The plan allows the flexibility of receiving an exam and lenses once every twelve (12) months, coverage for glasses or contact lenses, and fittings at the established co-pays.
Flexible Spending Accounts
The Company offers a Health Care and a Dependent Care FSA for full-time employees. You can contribute $520 to $2,550 per year to the Health Care FSA to help you pay for eligible health care expenses, and from $1,040 to $5,000 for the Dependent Day Care FSA. The Health Care FSA can be used for expenses such as most medical, dental, orthodontia, vision, and prescription drug expenses including co-payments, deductibles and co-insurance. The Dependent Care FSA can be used to pay for eligible dependent care assistance expenses like day care, after-school care, summer day camp and elder care programs so that you and your spouse can work or go to school.
Health Savings Account
The Company offers a Health Savings Account in conjunction with the option of two High Deductible Health Plan (HDHPs). An HSA is a personal healthcare bank account that you can use to pay out-of- pocket healthcare expenses with pretax dollars. Available to full-time and part-time employees.
Retirement Savings Plans
When you begin participating in this Plan you will take an important step towards your retirement. You can contribute on a pre-tax basis in any whole percentage combination up to a total of 75% of your pay each pay period through payroll deduction. Lambert’s matches a portion of your contributions to help your money grow. Available to full-time and part-time employees after six (6) months of service. The company will match 30% of your contribution up to the first 5% you contribute.
Employee Monthly Stock Investment Plan
Through the Employee Monthly Stock Investment Plan you can purchase Lambert’s stock with after-tax payroll deductions and pay no brokerage or dividend reinvestment fees. You may increase, decrease or stop contributions through payroll deductions at any time.
Short & Long Term Disability
Lambert’s offers a Short Term Disability benefit that pays 60% of weekly covered earnings after a 14- day waiting period up to a maximum benefit of $1,000. Maximum coverage is 24 weeks. The Long Term Disability benefit provides 60% of your monthly covered earnings after 180-day waiting period up to a maximum benefit of $5,000 per month. Maximum coverage is up to 5 years. Your cost for this coverage varies based on your covered earnings and age.
Term Life and AD&D Insurance
The Company offers a basic life and AD&D insurance for full-time and part-time employees enrolled in one of our Medical plans. Supplemental Life Insurance is also offered to full-time employees for the employee, spouse and child(ren). The employee and/or spouse can elect a minimum of $10,000 to a maximum of $500,000. Child Life can be purchased up to $10,000 with one flat monthly premium for coverage for all of your children regardless of the number of children you have. A Statement of Health may be required to apply for coverage. Additionally, Supplemental AD&D coverage is offered to full- time employees by Cigna which can be elected in amounts starting from $10,000 to a maximum of
Legal Services Insurance
The ARAG Legal Services plan provides easy and low-cost access to a wide variety of personal legal services to full-time employees and their eligible dependents on a variety of legal issues. ARAG has a nationwide network of more than 10,000 credentialed attorneys who can review or prepare documents, make follow-up calls or write letters on your behalf, provide legal advice and consultation, and represent you if needed.
Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
Lambert’s provides a Paid Time Off (PTO) program to full-time employees through which you choose how to use your time off — whether for vacation, personal business, illness, children’s school events, or any number of reasons. In addition, full-time employees will also receive seven (7) paid common holidays each year: for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Education Assistance Program
The Company supports employees’ efforts to further their education by providing tuition reimbursement assistance to those pursuing higher education in the form of college coursework at the associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s level. This program is open to all full-time employees who meet the requirements. The Company will provide up to $7,500.00 per year for qualified employees.
